Every work within Alexander’s Collection is a unique, handcrafted masterpiece of museum-grade quality. Our policy ensures the absolute integrity of each acquisition.

1. Guarantee of Authenticity
Each artwork is accompanied by a physical, multi-layered Certificate of Authenticity signed by the master and the Foundation’s director. This document serves as an irrevocable guarantee of the work's origin, the purity of materials (precious metals, silk, rare wood), and its unique status within the Core Collection.

2. Final Sale Status
Due to the unique nature of bespoke commissions and museum-grade artworks, all acquisitions are considered final once the ownership is transferred. These pieces are created or curated specifically for the collector, making them exempt from standard commercial return policies.

3. Inspection and Delivery
Before final transit, every piece undergoes a rigorous white-glove inspection. We encourage private viewing or a representative’s audit at our Atelier or Gallery. Upon delivery and signed acceptance, the responsibility for the work’s preservation transitions to the collector.

4. Long-term Assurance
In the rare event that an objective discrepancy regarding the materials or provenance is identified by a recognized international expert, Alexander’s Collection provides a formal review process to address and rectify the concern, upholding our commitment to the Cultural Heritage.
