STRATEGIC CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVATE PLACEMENT PROTOCOL

Alexander’s Collection | Office of Institutional Affairs

Preamble
Alexander’s Collection (the “Foundation”) operates at the highest echelon of the global art market. Recognizing that the preservation of human craftsmanship is inseparable from the preservation of personal privacy, this Protocol serves as a binding commitment to our Patrons, Custodians, and Institutional Partners. In a world of digital transparency, we offer the "Luxury of Silence."

Article I: The Shield of Anonymity

1.1. Strict Identity Protection: The Foundation shall not disclose the legal or beneficial identity of any Patron involved in the commissioning or acquisition of a masterpiece. This includes, but is not limited to, private individuals, Family Offices, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
1.2. Media Embargo: No press release, social media post, or archival publication shall reference the name of a Custodian without an explicit, notarized authorization.

Article II: Asset Location & Security

2.1. Geographic Secrecy: The final destination and physical coordinates of any Masterpiece (OOAK) delivered by the Foundation are classified as "Level 1 Privileged Information."

2.2. Logistical Discretion: All transportation and installations are carried out via specialized, unbranded security channels to ensure that the arrival of an asset remains undetected by third parties.

Article III: Commercial Sanctity

3.1. Exclusion of Public Auctions: To prevent price volatility and public speculation, the Foundation strictly bypasses the public auction circuit. All transactions are conducted via Private Placement (Bespoke Sales) or through the Private Sales divisions of verified partners (e.g., Sotheby’s Art Advisory).
3.2. Financial Non-Disclosure: Acquisition prices, valuation reports, and financial structures of partnerships are protected by professional secrecy and shall never be recorded in public databases.

Article IV: Digital & Visual Integrity
4.1. Limited Documentation: The Foundation guarantees that no digital blueprint, macro-photography, or technical R&D data of a commissioned work will be circulated for marketing purposes. Once a work enters a private collection, its visual record is "frozen" within the Foundation’s private archives.
4.2. Copyright Control: All intellectual property remains within the strategic alliance of the Foundation and the Partner, ensuring no unauthorized reproductions or mass-market dilutions can occur.
