Architectural Wall Panels
Bespoke Engineering & Modular Systems

Wall panels are the structural soul of a high-end interior. At Alexander’s Collection, we offer over 100 proprietary designs and a library of 800 interior concepts to transform vertical surfaces into architectural statements. As a direct manufacturer, we provide the technical flexibility required for extraordinary bespoke environments.
Proprietary Modular Interlocking System
We have revolutionized panel installation with a unique, glue-free engineering protocol. Unlike traditional methods, our panels utilize a high-precision Modular Interlocking System:
-
Non-Destructive Integration: Panels are suspended on specialized architectural hooks with a 5-6 cm technical gap from the structural wall. No nails, adhesives, or permanent sealants are required.
-
Seamless Maintenance & Replacement: The interlocking nature of the system allows for repeated assembly and disassembly. Should any segment require maintenance or suffer damage, individual components can be replaced effortlessly without compromising the entire installation.
-
Turnkey Engineering: Every project is delivered with a comprehensive technical installation blueprint, ensuring flawless execution by site teams.
Design & Integration Services
Whether you are using our CAD files or providing your own, we offer full technical support:
-
Catalogue Adaptation: Select from our 100+ models and we will adapt the design to your specific floor plan and architectural constraints.
-
Bespoke Commissions: We can execute entirely original designs based on your proprietary drawings.
-
Project Visualization: Utilize our extensive library of 800+ interior models to find inspiration for molding integration and spatial decoration.
Strategic Timelines & Budgeting
-
Production Cycle: Standard and bespoke panel systems require 10–12 weeks.
-
Prototyping: Custom samples are available upon request (2–4 week production time, fee based on size and complexity).
-
Transparent Budgeting: Most models feature an estimated price per square meter (sqm) in our online catalog, allowing for rapid preliminary budgeting. Final pricing is confirmed upon completion of the production CAD.

Phase I: Design Integration: From Concept to Production CAD
Whether you are utilizing our extensive archives or providing a proprietary vision, our engineering team ensures a seamless transition from concept to manufactured reality.
-
Catalogue-Based Selection:
Select a foundational aesthetic from our 100+ panel models or 800+ interior concepts. We will adapt the proportions, decorative moldings, and finish to align perfectly with your existing floor plans. -
Bespoke Designer Commissions:
We actively manufacture unique concepts provided by architects and interior firms. Simply submit your sketches or CAD drawings, and our specialists will translate them into production-ready specifications for our Modular Interlocking System.
Phase 2: Architectural Visualization & Engineering Layout
Once the design is selected, we move into the Technical Specification Phase. This stage eliminates guesswork and ensures total alignment with the site’s physical dimensions.
-
Photorealistic Integration:
We provide high-fidelity visualizations of your selected panels within the specific interior context. This allows stakeholders to approve the scale, finish, and lighting interactions before production begins. -
Precision Engineering Layout (PDF):
Every project is accompanied by a comprehensive Design Decomposition Blueprint. This document details the exact configuration of every panel, molding, and joint relative to your floor plan.

Phase 3: Precision On-Site Integration
Our Modular Interlocking System ensures that the final installation is as refined as the initial design. The absence of traditional adhesives and mechanical fasteners (nails) allows for a surgical, high-efficiency assembly process.
-
Clean Installation Protocol:
The site remains pristine. Panels are mounted onto the pre-installed architectural hooks, maintaining a 5-6 cm technical gap for ventilation and acoustic insulation. -
Millimetric Alignment:
Every segment locks into place according to the approved Engineering Layout, ensuring perfectly seamless joints across the entire wall surface.
