What kinds of wood is best for panelling?

We have our own elaborate technology for the production of decorative panels, which is radically different from what is available on the market. Our know-how makes it possible to produce panels according to the LEGO principle. Each detail of the panel design is made separately and then the whole panel is assembled like a LEGO construction set. This has enormous advantages. If it gets damaged in the process, we can easily replace the damaged part without having to dismantle the panel itself. In addition, the design of the base of the panel itself prevents it from warping. The panels are made of solid wood, usually lime, but it is the technology of joining the wooden parts of the base that gives it resistance to warping. Next, we use veneers of different precious woods, depending on what effect you want to get according to the original design. There are no best woods, there is a wide range of veneers: from classic, such as walnut, ash, oak to exotic African species.

How to buy wood panels for walls from us?

Panels are always customized. In our digital library we have more than 120 panel designs, ready for production. For ease of calculation we chose a panel height of 300 cm and calculated the cost per linear meter for each model. In the catalog we find the model we are interested in and see its price. Then it's easy to calculate the project cost based on the number of linear meters. If the height of the panels should be different from the chosen standard, we would recalculate the cost and give you a new price within minutes of contacting us. If you need us to produce your bespoke design, send it to us for an estimate. You may take a roughly similar model in complexity as a basis of the price in advance. During the ordering process, we can change the veneer if required and adapt the original model to with the actual room.

Delivery and payment terms

Accepted Answer

Production time for panels is normally 10-12 weeks. A sample is available upon inquiry, subject to a sample fee and its production time as 2-3 weeks. As a regular custom order we accept 50% deposit and balance before shipment. Using our LEGO technology, it allows us to assemble the whole room at the workshop to be sure we never made a mistake. After inspection and final quality control we disassemble the panels for packing and shipping. We deliver the product with assembly instructions to your destination. Our logistics department would estimate the cost and delivery time.
