Interior design job is a very time consuming process and it costs money for interior professionals and for the clients. Using the Digital Library, neither you or your client spends nothing but you get top class designs with full service. If your client approved the selected design you may require as our customer our free service to adjust the design idea to the existing floor plan to work out each selected room and therefore to prepare any project much faster. Depending on your client you may surcharge him for the design job saving a lot with us. Design fee we ask as pre-payment is less than 10-15 USD/sqm while any standard designer’s fee is at least 10 times more expensive at least. We ask for a deposit USD300 per room. This amount is fully refundable upon ordering interiors from us.

We calculate the price in a slightly non-standard way, not the way all manufacturers do it. Usually, they make a complete specification of all the interior items they produce. For a number of specific reasons, and for a completely different approach in the Asian markets, we know in advance roughly how much a square meter of the interior costs, based on the design idea. This is the basis on which the Interior Design Digital Library was created. So, in order to get the lowest possible price, it is most profitable not to order individual items, but to do the project as a whole. Then, the price per square meter will always be within the limits specified in the catalog for each interior design separately. This is due to the fact that such projects relate to wholesale deliveries and factories always go for more attractive prices, leaving themselves a reasonable profit margin. If the volume is small, you have to pay more. In this case, we give a certain price range. In our experience, we almost always stay within these limits, unless, of course, the customer changes items so much that the newly selected items exceed the estimated cost of completing the room.

The rest we supply from our verified suppliers for special prices to let you keep cost lower. We calculate the project based on the number of the rooms. Say, as above project, we estimate as 20 rooms/area project. We charge 350 Euro/room as a deposit with us. We do not charge for the design for our registered clients. We are able to keep manufacturers prices because we either manufacture ourselves or cooperate with the vendors we trust and know for many years. Bathrooms are separate. We supply them as turnkey service only in case of the large projects. Our Digital Gallery gives you ideas for the bathroom design only. In many cases, it could be more profitable to supply from your local market most of the equipment and marble. However, such items as laser cut marble floors and wall covering, fine marble mosaic we supply ourselves. They would be much more economical from us than from your market if we are talking about high end interiors. We are experts here. Then we just estimate the cost separately.

Digital library for interior design is a unique selection of design ideas for building high-end interiors. Such a library contains more than 800 such ideas with unique décor items rarely found on the market. For ease of use, all the designs are categorized into different catalogs, depending on the purpose of the rooms: entrance halls, living rooms, dining rooms, home offices, bathrooms, bedrooms, wine cellars, swimming pools. All designs are in electronic form, with great resolution. All designs are bespoke. Such a library of designs does not exist in the world. It takes years of work, a team of professional graphic artists and most importantly - talent.

We undertand that any mistakes may be crucial for both: for you and for us. We have our "know-how" to prevent it as much as possible. We do all parts of the interior as a "LEGO TYPE" assembling. We assemble and disassemble the whole room at the factory before packing, to be sure there's no mistakes. A separate issue is for all wooden panels. They are made to be assembled several times, in this case. If anything is damaged during your life time use, we do not need to replace the whole panel but to replace a damaged part only. Be sure that we do not use nails and glew, they are assembled as LEGO constructor.

The library is open for access to all of our clients who have an account with us. If you borrow our interior design and we provide you service of adjustment the design idea to your actual floor plan and supply you major decorative items such as wall panels, doors, furniture, rugs and etc., the design is free and you may collect as many design ideas as you want. If you want just to be licensed to use our design, we charge you a fee. It normally is a gap in between 350-500 USD for each design. We also provide you with the service of adjustment according to your existing floor plan.
