Our facility is engineered for flexibility, allowing us to produce everything from individual statement pieces to full-scale interior fit-outs, including wall panels, moldings, doors, and furniture.

Manufacturing Flexibility

Our production model is designed to support both rapid procurement and long-term bespoke development:

• Catalogue Duplication: Any model from our current collections can be reproduced to its original specifications if not currently in stock.

• Bespoke Modification: We offer full customization of dimensions and finishes for all wooden furniture and carpentry elements.

• Designer Commissions: We actively partner with interior designers to bring proprietary sketches to life, offering our technical expertise to ensure structural integrity and premium finishing.

 

To maintain our standard of excellence, we categorize production based on material complexity:

• Wooden Elements: Fully customizable. We continuously invest in new finishing techniques and wood-aging processes to stay at the forefront of luxury design.

• Specialty Glass Collection: Due to the complex artisanal processes involved, furniture crafted from our signature glass is available for duplication only. Design specifications for these pieces remain fixed to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

Strategic Timelines

We prioritize precision and predictability in our delivery schedules:

• Catalogue Orders: Standard production time is 10–12 weeks.

• Bespoke Designer Commissions: Custom projects built from original sketches typically require 12–13 weeks, allowing for technical engineering and specialized tooling.

 

Samples & Quality Assurance

We understand that tactile approval is vital for high-end projects.

• Physical Samples: Finishing swatches, wood samples, or specific model sections are available upon request (subject to a service fee).

• Financial Terms: All custom commissions require a 50% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to shipment.

• Policy: Please note that bespoke orders are manufactured to individual specifications and are non-returnable.
