This model is a limited edition item. It mean that we duplicate it for our inventory or make it based on a custom made order from our registered clients. In case of custom order, production time is 10-12 weeks.

Deposit: 50% upon order placement, 50 % balance before shipment. We provide close photoes and video before shipment.

Return Policy

We do not accept return for custom made orders, according to standard international prictice.

Shipment: World Wide to your destination
If you require a sample before placing order for full size rug, you are welcome to ask that. We ussually make 50 x 50 cm sample of a fragment of the rug.

Production time for the sample is 4-5 weeks.

We charge for the sample based on the rug price (1 sqm price). The sample is free of charge in case of the order placement/ It is deductable from the rug price. You would see that in your fimal invoice then. However, shipping via a courier is not deductable.
We partner with leading providers to offer fully insured delivery, almost anywhere in the world.

For all of the orders we work with you to give you the best estimation and the most convenient and fast method. Shipping details would be in your invoice. Depends on your order value, we use the following shipments:

Air Freight: The crate will be placed on a FedEx or DHL shipping carrier plane or any other freight forwarder in case of larger volume of orders - at that time you will receive a tracking number and link. Delivery will be scheduled and the item will be placed by your front door if you require.

Sea Freight: The crate will be placed in a shipping container and travel overseas via boat. Once it reaches the destination country, the crate will be transferred to a standard shipping carrier (e.g. FedEx or DHL or other freight forwarder) and you will receive a tracking number and link. Delivery will be scheduled to your destination and you get the product by your front door.

The product requires customs procedure at your destination. If you wish we deliver to your front door, please advise in advance to be quoted in your invoice.

Why You Need a Certificate of Authenticity for Artwork (COA)

A COA certificate proves that a work of art was created by us, which could be important in determining the provenance and relative value of the work should it be sold later on, particularly if the work become well-known and valued in the art market. Each certificate of authenticity can also act as a receipt and record of sale for you and the buyer.

As far as all models are LIMITED EDITION, COA shows the number of repeats.
