Any custom order is available. We may use the original designs to change colors, size and shape based on your requirement.
Production time:
Production time is normally 12 weeks.
We know that interior designers love to create their bespoke items. They may place the order to us! Bespoke models from designers would take 12 weeks for production as well.
Samples:
Samples are available. Please contact to arrange samples, a fragment of the rug 50 x 50 cm, subject to a fee. Production time for the sample - 4 weeks.
All custom made orders require 30% deposit, 70% of payment in full before shipment. Please pay attention that custom made orders may not be retured.
You selected a model from our cataloque
First of all, you should not worry at all. We are in this business many years and have great experience to assist. We will do the whole job ourselves. It does not matter if you plan a rug or a carpet for your single room or want to do the whole house, the service is the same. We would guide you all of the easy steps. Bellow, please see how we do that. For example, you selected the design you like but may be the size or color placement is not what match your interior.

You may order as it is.
You select this design, for example. It is required to change size or colors to adjust the model to the existing room. Depends on the room size , the solutions could be different. We adjust it.
You need turnkey service
Turnkey service is available with no extra change. The only requirements we have - you have to have an account with us. After sending us your inquiry, we will open the account and start working on any of your projects. You may even get better prices we provide to trade clients. Just apply to your interior designer who pay save you a lot. In general this works as bellow, very easy.
We need to have from you your interior photo to work on preparing graphical design and show you how the rug or carpet could look like in your interior.
We check proportions and suggest the proper size and our vision of the rug design.
You get options for design and may see the product in your interior.
