Seamless Interior Engineering: From Vision to Implementation

Alexander’s Collection has streamlined the path to a bespoke sanctuary. By utilizing our Digital Interior Design Library, the most time-consuming phase—conceptualization—is already complete. Our platform allows for rapid style selection and architectural scaling, ensuring that museum-grade luxury is delivered with surgical precision and transparent budgeting.

Transparent Investment Structure

We operate on a fixed-rate architectural model, allowing for absolute financial clarity from the first draft.

  • Design Fee: Inclusive (N/A)

  • Base Investment: From €1,200 per sqm (based on minimum area requirements of 15 sqm).

  • Comprehensive Curation: Our per-room pricing is all-inclusive, covering every element of the visual composition:

    • Bespoke hand-carved wall paneling and architectural headboards.

    • Integrated ambient and night lighting systems.

    • Custom cabinetry (His & Hers dressing suites) and designer doors.

    • Hand-tufted New Zealand wool & silk rugs.

    • Curated furniture, fine textiles, and decorative art objects.

If your architectural layout differs from our library models, our engineering team provides seamless adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.

The Engagement Process: Risk-Free Design

We prioritize partnership over transaction. Our "Design-First" approach eliminates traditional consulting overheads:

  1. Project Deposit: To unlock full access to our Private Room Gallery and bespoke marketplace, we require a nominal deposit of €350 per room (e.g., €7,000 for a 20-room estate).

  2. 100% Refundable: This deposit is fully credited toward your final order.

  3. Direct Manufacturer Advantage: By manufacturing our own high-end joinery and rugs, and maintaining direct partnerships with elite suppliers, we pass the trade-exclusive pricing directly to you.

 

Payment Milestones & Global Logistics

For all bespoke commissions, we follow a secure, milestone-based financial structure:

  • 30% Commencement Deposit: Upon design approval and order placement.

  • 20% Production Milestone: Once 50% of the manufacturing (pre-finishing stage) is complete.

  • 50% Final Balance: Prior to secure international shipment.

  • Quality Assurance: Clients receive high-definition photo/video verification from the factory. Our logistics department provides full door-to-door concierge delivery.

 

The "Dry-Fit" Know-How: Precision Engineering

To eliminate the margin for error in luxury installations, Alexander’s Collection utilizes a Proprietary Modular Assembly System.

  • Factory Pre-Assembly: Before packing, every room is fully assembled and "dry-fitted" at our workshop to verify architectural tolerances.

  • Component-Based Longevity: Our panels are engineered with high-precision fasteners rather than permanent adhesives or nails. This modular construction allows for easy disassembly, safe transport, and—most importantly—the effortless replacement of individual components should any damage occur over a lifetime of use.
